Additional Projects

If you’d like to see more of my work, here are some quick snapshots of projects I’ve worked on over the years. These projects demonstrate my ability to use a design system and creatively solve problems on tighter timelines. They also further show my ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams to build smaller feature enhancements,
For a deeper dive into my process, the projects on my home page offer a more detailed look at my overall design approach and decision-making.

In this project, I redesigned the assessment screen for the pharmacy platform. I worked closely with the product and engineering teams to enhance a workflow for greater efficiency and easier assessing of a patients diagnosis to provide them proper care.

This image shows the assessment management screen. While technical limitations restricted changes to functionality, I was able to implement the new design system to improve the visual hierarchy.

This view shows an open assessment. Since assessments in this module are typically brief, the left-side navigation allows users to navigate through them quickly and efficiently.

This additional page provides context for a completed assessment.

Record Management

4 months

In this project, I designed a streamlined workflow to manage and create FAD records for individual members. By implementing new design system components, I provided users with easy access to cross-check clinical information, contact providers, and review case details

This is the new management page where users can view all FAD records. The segmented button at the top allows users to group records by status, while the table offers the ability to sort by columns, which makes organizing tasks more efficient.

I recommended using tabs to navigate this workflow after discovering it was previously managed through sections. Users mentioned the process wasn’t linear, so having the flexibility to toggle between sections improved navigation and usability.

After cross-checking clinical information on the previous tab, users are prompted to reach out to providers to confirm the appropriate medication dosages. The left-side provider navigation offered a more streamlined workflow, enhancing efficiency and clarity.

Admin User Permissions

In this project, I redesigned AssureCare’s admin console user permissions screen to simplify managing multiple permission types for external clients. Collaborating closely with internal users, I modernized both the design and functionality of the screens they rely on most

This module is used by internal users, giving me the chance to gather frequent feedback. We can see in this screen search results were shown in sections, requiring extensive scrolling and manual inputs to navigate through the information. I updated both the functionality and visual design to improve usability and clarity.

The main improvement to functionality was displaying results in a table format. The new table view makes data access easier to read and interact with.

I also enhanced the bulk action workflow, streamlining the existing process to make it easier and clearer for users to update permissions for multiple objects at once.

Operator/Service Center Collaboration

Aircraft Maintenance

Duration
8 Months

In this project, I designed a workflow that streamlined communication between aircraft operators and their service centers. By implementing new design components and collaborating with product managers and leadership teams, I introduced new functionality and built and efficient workflow that aligned with business goals.

This module serves two user groups: operators and service centers. This image shows the operator view, where users can track all ongoing maintenance projects and see whether a vendor has been asked to provide a quote.

Operators can request quotes from multiple service centers to compare pricing. This expanded table view displays a quote request along with responses from different service centers, making it easy to evaluate options side by side.

This image shows the service center view, where users can track the status of the quotes they’ve submitted through the activity tab. This enhances visibility, as multiple users on both the operator and service center sides can access and monitor the information.
